About to swap my gsr into my 4dr eg.

My main question is the EG is auto and my del sol was also but i swapped that around about 8 years ago and cant remember the wiring portion of the swap. I have an OBD1 gsr engine harness P72 ecu so all that should be good to go.
But the the large plug in the center console area. I dont care for the clutch safety part i push the clutch in every time anyways when i start. Less wiring, less problems. I remember a DIY of just cutting the whole harness and splicing 2 of the wires together and it forgets it was ever automatic. If anyone remembers this please let me know.
