How to check an IAT sensor

How to check an IAT sensor
My other little d15b2 problem:
The error code indicates a problem with the IAT sensor circuit.
Now I have to mention that
-the car did not start very eager as long as i can think. But I started after a second. eeek-eeek-eeek - runs.
-the throttle response is not very good. When you step on the accelerator, the car first seems to brake for a fraction of a second, than after a short time it accelerates. This is not severe, but it kills the sportive character of the engine somehow. Something is not optimal here.
Did you ever had a defective sensor?
How did the engine behave in this situation?
How can I test the sensor, what approximate values must the resistor have?
And concerning the circuit, do you have voltage values for normal operation?
greetings,
Stephan
