Default Timing Belt Help..

Hi everyone I have a 97 b18c JDM type r swap in my teggy an I changed the timing belt and water pump all OEM. I didn't change the tensioner cuz it looked brand new. I bought this motor few months back. Anyways I got the timing all right but the belt is riding on the side of the cams. I have posted a video below to show what I mean.
Basically I'm wondering if its normal or a problem. I've ran the car for about 10 min to see what happens an it stays exactly where it is.
Any help would be appreciated very much.

Doesn't look too bad..

Do you have the belt guide washer on the crank?

Is the belt walking? As in does does it move towards the end of the cam gear while running? could always line it back up loosen the tensioner and move it in a smidge

Pull all the pulleys off and check for anything in the way, make sure the guide washer is in the correct position.

At this point you may want to replace the tensioner and spring, its not that expensive and check the tensioner bolt for straightness.

It doesn't look bad but its better to make sure.

Its the guide washer behind the crank pulley, i did this once and the belt walked and started to burn through the valve cover! You need to flip the washer around.
