Silly people, still thinking block guards are a good idea...If you don't want to spend the money on real sleeving, then get CCS, or don't get anything. I don't know much about the 60-1, but some simple research that anyone could have done (including yourself) says that it'll reach your goal just fine.
CSS (not CCS, my mistake) - Cylinder Support System
Block guards are bad. They restrict coolant flow, cause hot spots on your cylinder walls, and only hold the pressure in one specific point - it doesn't protect the REST of the sleeve from shitting on you.

You have to send it to them. More importantly, if you want CSS, you want to send it to them. They know what they're doing - there are very few shops I would trust with something as sensitive as sleeving. If I'm using Darton sleeves, the block is going to Darton. If I'm using GE sleeves, the block goes to GE. See where I'm going with this? They made them, they tested them, and they'll be the best at installing them.
Value depends entirely too much on the condition of the turbo (and hey, everyone's selling something that's as good as it was when they bought it), but it should get the power you want.

CSS is the way to go, cheap alternative to sleeving and they guarantee to 500hp but are proven to hold to 800+.... But they warranty 500/or 1 year of sleeve cracking. Good product for less then 400$ in total!
You can find people who give up there turbo builds and let all of there stuff go for shorts. That deal is not worth taking unless you can get it for around 700.
Happy boosting

The eagle rods already have ARP bolts... Making whatever rod bolts you purchased (probably for the stock rods) worthless.
I hate to be the bearer of good news for the block guard but I've ran them many engines with success before i could afford sleeves. I've made 440whp using a block guard running at daily autobahn speed with zero issues. guess which part failed 3 times? my precision turbo wheel snapping off.

Power doesn't break internals... Cylinder pressure does. And since cylinder pressure directly correlates to torque... Well I think you can figure the rest out.
Exactly. Once Tony the tiger clued me in on that everything else made more sense. Now I can happily run over 50whp higher without worrying aboyt my stock sleeves
