Default d16z6 valve cover question solution

hi guys, I bought 2 valve covers tonight local and didn't notice one of them had the tube in the back left busted off (this is the tube that usually goes to cold air intake or stock air box) adding photo as reference. what's the best solution to fix this (replace) that is cost effective. I would like a new tube welded back on as optimal...any other ideas solutions and how much cash you think I am looking at?
best regards Dave
thanks in advance added photo as reference..i want this beautiful when I am done and this just wont do. cost is important

You could always thread it and use a hose barb it would cost you maybe ten bucks to do it.The other option is to have it welded and depending where you live the price varies.
