having rev problems. Need help!!!!!
Start car and idle is fine. But push on the throttle peddle slowly and the rpm jumps up and down until about 3 grand then it becomes normal again. I need some help can't figure this out.

Is the engine running normal when this happens? there is a ground wire on the back of the cluster that can loosen up and cause the same issue.

Turn the car on and its fine at regular idle. But if I hold the gas peddle down alittle bit it just revs up and down up and down. Until about 3000 rpm then the rpm just shoots up
