Default D14 and D15 dualcarb ECU the same?

hi all

iv just swapped a d15 dualcarb for a d14 dualcarb in a crx

iv kept original d15 ecu

swapped the 1.4 distributor for 1.5

the car is starting fine, but when i rev the car it takes far too long to build up revvs to 3k after that its fine

also when driving when i accelerate the power lags than surges back to normal

anyone any ideas? all help really appreciated

thanks

Sounds like timing might be off. Did you set your ignition timing?
