Default ABS Light on, Sensor?

So i have a 1995 accord. It's a European model but same abs systems anyway.
So my problem is that the ABS light comes on right when i start driving, not if i stand still, even if i stand still for 10+ mins it wont light up, but right when i start moving it lights up, so dirty, or broken abs wheel sensor i guess?

or any other suggestions?

Retrieve the code, that should tell you. If you wanna do in the hard way, you can take all the wheels off...and inspect and clean every wheel sensor. And if that is indeed the problem, that may fix it. Best to diagnose the problem though first.

You need the code. Experience tells me you have a faulty wheel sensor or an axle with a tone wheel that is missing or moved on the shaft. Do not assume, diagnose.

European model?
Well, there were two types of Accords in Europa, England Swindon built 93-99 'CB' Accord(Ascot/Rover 600 RHD) and the US built 94-97 'CD'Accord)LHD).

I don't *think* there would be any differences in the code readouts, but you may want to verify. There is a list of ABS codes in the Accord FAQ at the top of the page.

the reason why im not pulling the code up is cause my ECU wont show error codes, got something wrong with my wiring from ecu to the service connector, i guess.
probably been fiddled with by the previous owner.

the Swindon built one is the one i have, its not CB chassis, its CC, or facelifted CE, so its the same as the ascot.

And i got the 2.3i SR model, which is abit of a rare model of the CC chassis, with the H23A3 non-vtec engine, same engine as H23A1
