ABS light
the abs light comes on when i press the brake.
it doesn't happen all the time, but it suddenly just pops sometimes when i brake, and when i restart the car it goes off.
im in quebec montreal, so we have alot of snow and abs kicks in often.
i don't believe it's a serious problem but it's really annoying to see the light coming on every now and then.
what could be the issue? maybe the sensor is dirty? would cleaning it with MAF sensor cleaner fix the problem?
if the sensor itself is bad, how much is it to buy the sensor? easy installation?
thanks guys, the car is 2003 I4 accord ex.

Re: ABS light
It could be any of a number of problems. While the light is on, you need to scan the ABS computer for error codes. The codes will tell you exactly what the problem is.
On '03-05 Accords I commonly see the front wheel speed sensors fail, but in those cases the light will usually stay on constantly. Front wheel speed sensors are in the range of $50-55 each for those models. They're also a pain to replace because the bolts holding the sensor to the steering knuckle often break upon removal on rust belt cars.
