This past summer I purchased a replacement motor from hmotors, I also purchased a rywire budget tucked b series engine harness, I got ahold of a p28 chipped with the spoon sports chip. Here is a list of mods done:

-1997 B18c with LSD from (hmotors)
-obd2a to obd1 RYWIRE budget tucked b series harness (rywire)
-skunk2 manifold & blox throttle body (jhpusa)
-buddy club spec 2 exhaust
-p28 chipped with spoon sports chip

I hooked everything up, and started throwing cel code4, I called Steve at hmotors and sent my dizzy back and he sent a replacement dizzy, I spoke with Ryan at rywire and I sent my harness back and they called me back and said harness tested fine at their warehouse. I'm wondering if my ecu is the problem. It was a Craigslist buy and I'm not 100% sure if it was working. Please help
