2000 civic ex AC Compressor Problem

2000 civic ex AC Compressor Problem

Every time I turn my AC this happens. I don't know if it's the bearing or the Clutch. leave a comment if you know how to solve this problem. Thanks

Looks like the armature plate and pulley need to be replaced.
