p0420 problem
Hi guys,
I have a 1998 civic lx, stock motor. I am getting a p0420 cel. Less than a year ago, I replaced the entire exhaust including manifold and both o2 sensors. Checked the manifold, no cracks. Checked the upper o2 sensor, seems good (resistance between two white wires?). Maybe the o2 sensor is bad already? Is it possible the cat is bad already? Any thoughts? Thanks for your input.
