Default GAUGE LIGHT HELP!!!

Today i installed my 5 LED light bulb lights for my dash, illuminating my gauges blue. While i was in there i removed the bulb for the ABS and the plug for the SRS. I put it all back together and no more warning lights! Good. The lights were wonderful, Great. But when i turned the ignition to ON II, the turn signal arrows and the high beam indicator above it, glowed faintly. When i turn on my turn signals or high beams, the light comes on full brightness, but when they SHOULD be off, the lights are dim instead. Happens with or without the LED bulbs lit up.

I also want to mention that when i pulled the cluster i had less than a tank of gas. It has sat for awhile since, and NO GAS WAS PUT IN IT. Now the gauge reads just above half.

What did i do wrong? Also, could it have to do with the LED bulbs?

Pictures to come.

Are they dimly lit when the car is off? Are the LED's you installed one-directional? IE. do they project their light only foward or is it dispersed at a wide angle? If so maybe that's why you see it faintly lit

no they are not dimly lit when the car is off.

And they are wide angle, but the turn signals light up dim even without the gauge backlight on. So it can't be that. plus, it's only those 3 indicators, nothing else.

Also, why would my gas gauge be reading much higher than it did before i removed the gauges? I didn't put any gas in it. What could i have unplugged or jostled that needs to be set back?

Try putting the original bulbs back and see if the problem goes away.

Problem fixed. I unplugged the plug on the coolant temp side and plugged it back in. No more problems.

Here is the gauges just for your enjoyment.
