Cut it off with a air cutoff wheel (my favorite) or break it off with an air hammer and chisel (my favorite). The air hammer is faster.
Then go to Honda and buy a new bolt. They're a special flanged bolt that you can use the exhaust springs on. You might as well buy 2 new springs as well. You can buy them at auto parts stores too...but the springs that they come with are really crappy.
If you buy them from Honda, you then need to go to a hardware store and buy a nut that threads onto said bolt. Buy a stainless one. See if you can find type 316 stainless. It resists chlorides more than 304 stainless. It should be M8x1.25 or M6x1.25...I forget. Just match it to the bolt. Use anti sieze on the threads.

Thanks i still have the OEM springs, i saved them. Gona go to the hardware store and buy the nuts. So you think autozone will have the bolts? Have springs so not worried bout those

If you buy autozone ones, they should come with the nuts. They're like $3 or $4 each bolt or something. I believe you'd be able to reuse the stock spring. If they don't come with the nut, autozone sells nuts. I'm not sure what thread pitch or size nut you'd need with aftermarket bolts.
Again, just use anti sieze on the threads to make sure you don't have that happen again.

No problem, good luck. I'm guessing you took off the header to do that clutch?

When I changed my exhaust I had to cut my bolts. Its common with these. You can buy a kit at autozone that comes with the bolts and exhaust gaskets to replace the OEM bolts/gaskets.
