Default No control of wipers/they won't turn off!!

I've re installed my wiper assembly trying to make the car more street able however now it's on all the time! I have no control over it. The switch speeds/off don't do anything I never cut anything or removed the stalk just unbolted the motor assembly, is there something I'm missing a fuse perhaps maybe a relay ?

Check the wiring connector for water intrusion?

Where am I looking, at the plug ? I gave each a good blow to get the dust out the prongs(pins) were all straight.

It is the black lead in the plug, it is grounded at G100, [left front of engine bay].

I would also check the ICU, it controls intermittent wipers and park "request" functions.

The "park", [wipers off] function is also controlled by a switch in the wiper motor itself. 94
