Climate Control Unit and other thing not working??

94 Civic EG: Climate Control not turning on
I've searched this up online and I have found nothing.
I have a stock 94 Civic Hatchback that I recently purchased and I am having issues with my Climate Control Unit. The lights aren't lighting up and it's not working. I've checked all my fuses and they're all good.
Also my stereo doesn't seem to turn on either. I've checked fuses and still nothing.
The cigarette lighter isn't working either.
Would I happen to have bad wiring throughout the whole car?
Is there anything else I should check?

You should start off by checking this thread, and adjusting your post properly. You're missing a good chunk of rather critical information.

Cluster turns on and my clock does too. I rewired my radio twice just to make sure I didn't wire something up wrong but nothing. Perhaps I need to buy new harnesses?

The climate control lights are connected to the dimmer switch and require two wires to work - Red and Red/Blk.
Radios often use the same two wires to have dimmable lights. Perhaps you miswired them.
To work, the radio requires voltage from two fuses - 23 and 32. Check both.
Check whether the cig. lighter has two wires connected to it - Yel/Red and Blk. It may also interest you that the cig. lighter also gets voltage from fuse 23.
The cig. lighter also has a light, which uses the same dimmer circuit Red/Blk wire above.
