Heater Problem...

i have a 94 Acura Integra LS and i just replaced my climate control with a Gsr Climate Control cause my old one was broken and everytime i try to turn on the heat i get no response the only thing that is working on my climate control is my Hazards, the blower motor still works cause i tesed it but it wont turn on whenever i try to turn on the heat.

If the blower motor works, [power and ground direct] then either it's not getting power or ground through stock wiring.
You do not need a meter to check, use the power and ground jumpers you used to test the motor, leave the stock harness plugged in to the motor, then shove the ground jumper into the ground side of plug, turn ign. on if blower works it has power and the problem is on the ground side, [control head, blower resistor or wiring/connections] if blower does not work, remove ground jumper and shove power jumper into power side of blower motor plug, turn blower switch on, [test all speeds] if blower works the problem is the power side, [fuse, blower relay if used, 2nd ign. circuit of ign. switch or wiring/connections.
