Questions!! Need answer
yes you can and drill it out or get a bigger bit all together and overbore it then do the same to the rad support bracket it's self. As for getting it to hold simply use a nut n bolt I had that issues also only thing is I did a jdm front so I never really got to drill it. But I've done that procedure on other things using nuts n bolts works fine assuming g you have a full set of bits just pick the next biggest one.

That is the front upper bulkhead, [upper rad support] it is spot-welded in place, there are no bolts.
If you use a bolt/stud extractor for the sheared off bolt, you can save the nut. 94

The rad support? sure drill out like 30+ spot welds and grab a new one or do the jdm front. That's how to did my JDM front removed the entire front not hard at all just time consuming.
Ahh i see oh by the way whats that cone ive seen in some tegs its by the battery and looks like a intake ! Whats the purpose i cant find one

I don't know body work too well but iirc primer is meant to absorb liquid as when you're painting it helps make the base-coat/foundation. As for bondo I wouldn't get it wet seems like it would soak up water pretty badly.
Really? Because my car was out in the rain today but i was bondo then primerd so does this mean its ruined??
I had my hood bondoed and primered for over 6mo wi5thout any problems, all that was done before painting was a light sanding and a second coat of primer was layed down as I had the whole car painted. 94
I would have to see a pix, but most likely it is just a filter with a cover.

If your worried, grab a few "rattle cans" of your cars color, [or close as you can get] and cover bonded area with a few light coats, it can be sanded off when you paint. 94
