use some channel locks or some pliers if
or
use 2 nuts, back them into each other and then twist the bottom nut out

i tried the 2 nuts method. won't work. when i back them into each other, and use the bottom nut to push it up, the top bolt moves with it too.

help me. this is the last thing i need to do before installing my motor.

Use gator grip pliers or vice grip pliers....cant remember what they are called. Clamp them to the bolt itself. Then get an open ended wrench to loosen the nut holding the bolt it.

lol. i'm kinda confused there.

if i can't get it out, i guess i'll have to take the whole bracket out. do i have to take off the timing belt cover?

how can it be confusing? Get those pliers that clamp just like a vise....vise grips i think. Use them to keep the bolt from spinning while you turn the nut with a wrench...

you have to turn the bolts together upside down so they lock, jamm it in between something so it doesnt move, and some wd-40 would help. i did the same thing but it worked
