Any suggestions? Ecu is good, all grounds and wiring connected. And sensors that could be bad that will make it not fire even with fuel spark and air?

 

I dont get it...you say it has fuel spark and air but not firing with fuel spark and air. Confused?

Anyways, year/make/model? Stock? Mechanical timing spot on?

 

You say you're confused.. I'm beyond lost lol timing is dead on, has fuel spark and air and still will not fire. Only crank and backfire from loading up and sparking and it's a '99 jdm b18c itr swapped ek hatch

 

spark plug wires in correct order? how have you checked that its getting fuel? and any codes or check engine light?

 

Wires are correct and pulled the rail off and injectors are firing correctly and in order. The pump is still priming and I still have fuel pressure and everything. Everything mechanically seems good. New distributor too

 

Firing order,distributor is 180* out or timing.

 

Also check/clean your thermostat ground
