Default 98 civic ex dying at idle :/

Hello Honda tech,

Was hoping for some help in regards to a 1998 Civic ex I just bought. CEL codes read as follows:
p0172-fuel system too rich
P0325 Knock Sensor Circuit Malfunction
P1337 Engine Speed (RPM) Fluctuation Sensor No Signal
P0141 Secondary Heated Oxygen Sensor (Secondary HO2S) (Sensor 2) Heater Circuit Malfunction
P1457 Evaporative Emissions (EVAP) Control System Leakage (EVAP Canister System)

The car starts and runs fine, then after ten minutes or so will die at idle/idle really low. I've also notice it bog down/hesitate.

It's the D16Y8, there is an exhaust leak near the back of the car, but I've been told it's not what's causing the problems. Forums I've read have suggested the IAC and or fuel filter. However one guy who knows more than me thinks it's the crankshaft fluctuation sensor. Don't have a lot of funds, was hoping for some suggestions on how to diagnose this correctly, alternate theories based on the codes it's throwing, etc. Thank you much I appreciate it!

Did you just buy this car?

If you reset the ECU, do all codes return?

Has the engine been replaced or modified?

Post the engine head and block codes.

The guy said the engine had been replaced about 2 months ago. Not sure where to find the block code, maybe I can take a picture.

My friends says the heat shield is blocking it, I'm at work so I can't take it off at the moment. But I'm pretty sure it's a D16Y8 straight up. Not sure what year currently.

You didn't click the link. The heat shield is not blocking it and your friends are idiots.

I clicked the link, it read D16Y8 right there, there was Like an H number above it.

Just remove the header cover. It's easy.
