I have a 94 civic dx with a b18b1 LS swap in it, i have replaced fuel filter, (civic) fuel pump, ngk plugs, wires, cap&rotor, 93 ocatin gas. I can here the fuel pump prime most of the time but now its not priming and the car wont fire up, its getting spark and the fuel pump is three weeks old. Im not sure what it could be unless i have to have an integra fuel pump maybe? Any help would be great.

 

What color spark? Ignition and mechanical timing to spec (please don't say they are "good")? There is a standard procedure to follow for no-start situations. I suggest you look in the Civic forums FAQs for the procedure.
