Combustion Contraption

92 integra GS, bought as a project car. cranks, but doesnt start. Checked for spark, no spark. replaced the coil. Spark! But still not start. There is no fuel pump priming 'whir' when i turn the key to the 'on' position. Im not sure if there is supposed to be though. First thing in the morning i will check for blown fuses. Does anyone know for sure though if the obd1 da's fuel pump primed upon turning the key to the 'on' position though? TIA

Yeah, the DA obd-1's fuel pump does prime when you turn the key to the on position. I have a 93 Teg.
