Default Eibach Sport + Koni Yellow Question(s)

I have a 96 Honda Civic that has the Eibach Sport System Kit http://www.tirerack.com/suspension/s...6&autoModClar= The rear sits a little higher and I was wondering if I purchase rear Koni shock, how much can they lower the rear by? I think they have 3 perches. http://www.tirerack.com/suspension/s...6&autoModClar=

That link is to a set of Bilstein dampers.

But to answer the question, yes if you position to perches differently you can adjust the right height a small amount. Most Civics need a bit more drop in the front to level out.

the rears have 3 locations

upper spot = raised higher than stock about 1/2 - 3/4 inch

middle = stock

Lower = about 1/2 -3/4 lower than stock

on my integra with oem type r springs and koni yellows I set the rears on the lower perch to level it out and left the fronts on the stock(upper) perch

and for the konis hit up THMotorsports in the market place for a good price

if it was me I would try it, should get you pretty close, i don't think it will make it lower that the front. would you make the change yourself or would you have to take it to a shop?

shop most likely, a mechanic who is my father's friend. He installed the Eibach Sport System when I got that. I'm sure the shocks will come with directions too, about the perches. I might order them off Ebay from autoanything since they have the best price.
