Default 96 civic dx hatch rear disc conversion

cant figure out if i can use the 15/16 brake master cylinder thats in my car or the one that i got was a 1 master cylinder also the whole rear trailer arm came off a 99-00 si civic any help anyone can give would be appreciated cuase i have read the other posts but im so confused

You can use both. But you should swap out for a 4040 proportioning valve.

i read that my prop valve was ok cuase in the 96 dx hatchback it was the same as the 99-00 si

You don't have to. I didn't either and my brakes are ok so far. We will find out when I start doing more track events.

I am using a 15/16" mc now as well.

i meesed upi have a 13/16 on my car will that work too with the stock brakes up front and the si rear calipers

If you are not tracking it you wouldn't need to but it wouldn't hurt.

Leave the MC and prop. valve alone.

Change the MC when you change the front calipers.
the Prop. valve shares the same part # as the Si. Leave it alone.

thanks so much i couldnt seem to find the definate answer to this but ill leave it alone and sell the 1 inch master and booster that i got with the trailing arms cuase i dont plan to upgrade the front calipers
