I have a JDM B18C stock internals with JG Edelbrock intake manifold and recently started throwing a code 3 and 7 (OBD I) which is TPS And MAP. I have checked the MAP and TPS sensors and harnesses and they are good (followed this link)

The codes always come on together, sometimes engine starts fine and runs for a while and then they come on (doesn't correlate with engine temp) other times it will throw the code right from the start and cycling on-off removes the code and engine runs fine but doesn't seem to be a pattern.

I have changed the spark plugs and wires and haven't found any vacuum leaks. TB looks clean and IACV too. Any thoughts on what could be causing it (dirty injectors?)
