Help me diagnose: CEL 5, MAP Sensor
So my completely stock, D16Y7 is throwing a CEL code 5, MAP sensor code. Engine has 75k miles on it. Is 100% stock.
How can I go about diagnosing this problem?
The code is getting thrown while the engine is idling. The idle does seem to be a little rough lately, and it feels like the RPM's are dipping a bit *too* low at idle.

Re: Help me diagnose: CEL 5, MAP Sensor (Achenar)
A code 5 is map sensor vacuum. Sounds like you've got a vacuum leak somewhere. That's whats screwing with your rpm's. On the map sensor part, it's not getting enough vacuum so it's throwing a code.

Hmm... Okay, I was under the impression that a CEL 5 code was an electrical problem as opposed to a vacuum problem.
