Default B18b1 idle problem

I have a 1995 b18b1 and have been fighting this idle issue for awhile, probably like 4 months now and I cant figure it out.

What it does is when I start it, it idles at like 2k rpm for about 5 min. then starts to fluctuate between 1300-1800 for awhile then when it is 100% warm it will hold steady at about 1300rpm.

I have replaced intake manifold gasket, tps sensor, new pcv valve, screwed in idle adjusting screw, bleed coolant, replaced iacv, adjusted throttle cable, checked for vacuum leaks(none) screwed in wax piece on fitv while on the car.

The only thing I haven't done s take off the fitv to clean.
should I just replace this part or look for something else?

Any input is appreciated, thanks.

Has your car been tuned? If so I would say its a bad tune. Need to adjust ignition timing/fuel mixture at idle to get it right

it has not but i would bet my timing is off, also i have a cel for no oxygen sensor but i dont think it would make the car idle like it does?

Actually your oxygen sensor can affect idle. Take it to someone that knows how or do some research and set your ignition timing at idle also

I have not, it has gotten better though, it will only fluctuate when the car is cold, as soon as it starts to warm up, ex: 1/4 warm, the idle smooths out and stops fluctuating until its cold again, I cant figure it out.

Couldn't hurt,

Plus 1 on the O2 sensor though.
