Drill bit and then a buzz saw (body saw). Or a dremel tool works well as well.

Pretty much the same, but I used a cutoff wheel on an air grinder instead of a saw. Not usually a great idea on aluminum but the cuts were small so it didn't have a chance to load up.

Make sure you remove the board from the ecu frame completely before cutting and clean it very well before reassembly.

I make an outline with a marker on the outside of the ECU case with the s300 board or the Demon USB conector installed, remove the board/connector and use my Dremel. Looks profesional!

I didnt have any tools to notch the case so I had to improvise and use a uni-bit on the cover, then thread the mini USB thru it and secure it on the center housing. I tucked it as best as I could after running to the glovebox for easy plug in to USB.

I tried a dremel... but my $7 harbor freight one couldn't cut it.

Going to go again today with a saw and an angle grinder...
