[QUOTE=chillerice;49451413]Sounds like bad (loose) wiring, jammed switch or shortage somewhere. Maybe the relay..
Does it have an alarm on it?[/QUOt
no alarm wireing seams ok but havent checked the relay where might i find it?

its above your ob2 connector near the fuse box... But I'm saying the wire running from the switch in the steering wheel could be loose or frayed somewhere... or the switch itself could be jammed.
It will be two relays....
It will be two relays....
The mere fact of it staying honk sounds like a stuck relay, horn switch jammed or the wiring grounding somewhere and triggering the switch...
If the person installed an alarm before and cut the horn wire to hook it up. The trigger wire (gray) could be uncovered and grounding...

Also if you are going to check the steering wheel aspect of the horn for a sticky switch, make sure to follow the SRS airbag procedures. People have been seriously injured by accidental airbag deployment. I've heard of fire search and rescue people have even been killed when trying to save someone from wrecked cars where the air bag didn't deploy initially. Please be wary.
