Default EM1 starting issue plz help

Ok guys I've been trying to get my buddies EM1 running for a while now but still no luck. I just rebuilt the engine and had it started right after and shut it off since the radiator and everything wasn't completely hooked up. After sitting it back down the P28 ecu fried a couple resistor. Just got a new one hooked up along with an sst chip setup like the last one. I now have no dash lights coming on, no fuel pump, and no crank at all. Any ideas on what the problem is

You check the big clear top fuses in the underhood fuse box?

Frying an ECU suggests that some sensor connectors are swapped.

Also check the G101 thermostat housing, G3 transmission, and G1 battery ground wires.

Big clear fuses are good.

We were thinking maybe some of the sensors got crossed but none of the plugs could reach anywhere but where they were connected. If you have some pics of the wires we missed them when re checking

Well I would start with the no crank first, have you checked for battery voltage at the starter?

Also ect and vtec are commonly mixed up as well. You you have any stored trouble codes? Both don't explain a no crank situation although

Id start by checking for power at the starter and trace it all the way back to the ignition, I do t have access to my ETM's at the moment hopefully RonJ will chime in soon.
