Default pressure plate suggestion

So i was engine braking my h22a4 swapped EG, only to a stop sign from about 3000 rpm. Needless to say I heard a loud POP then the I couldn't shift into gears. Now it got worse.

So i believe the pressure plate cracked..
What are some recommendations?

If your fork is moving then your clutch/flywheel is prolly fucked, take a peek in there through the fork hole. Then tear it down

isn't the fork suppose to move to disengage the clutch?
I just put a new slave cylinder on the tranny so the damn thing better be moving.

edit: clutch does not slip at all. and the car rides good when i can get it into gear so how are you coming to bad clutch/flywheel?

If the fork is moving and you cannot get it into gear and pedal feels stiff (if so don't push hard you could damage lines) then the clutch isn't working. You can put it in gear with engine off right?

I have had a spring pop out of clutch disk and get stuck between disk and pp. couldn't shift with engine on, stiff pedal, fork moved.

its fine sometimes like i just got back from a ride, it's ok. other times when its cold and revving high it's hard to get into any gear.

clutch pedal is fine, and adjusted that.

just sometimes it feels totally like pressing the clutch down does nothing and your trying to shift without a clutch basically..

Hydraulic leak? Possibly from clutch master, see if its leaking into the car/on firewall. Bleed the clutch

15k on that clutch, daily/autox on it, no crazy beatings. XTD disk should explain it
