Default 99 civic d16y7 - never starts back up once shut off

I have a 99 civic auto d16y7
It will never start back up once you shut it off.
I can go out and start it and it will start up and run fine the whole time until I turn the car off. Go to start it and it will spit and sputter for a few seconds and shut off. Then it will just crank and crank.
The only way it will start up after you shut it of is if you wait an hour then it will start up and rune just fine and the same process over and over. I got these codes pulled from autozone
p0116
p1399
p0753
p1336
p1337
The ect code is ok I got the car with a hardwired fan so I can plug it in whenever I need it and I know the trans is stuck in fourth gear so those codes are ok. The cam is pretty worn also the lobes are worn.
If anyone can help me fix this problem it would be great thanks!

ECT code has nothing to do with the fan. The ECT sensor is either bad or the wiring is bad. Have you tried to clear the codes and see which ones come back? Do that and repost the returning codes. In general:

P116 - ECT sensor
P1399 - misfire
P753 - transmission
P1336, p1337 - CKF sensor by the crank

Oh well I thought it did lol. I haven't tried to clear them. Do I just disconnect and reconnect the battery cable? I'll have to take it back to autozone aswell to get them read again. The dizzy has weak spark I was told so could that be causing a misfire or could the worn cam cause something like that? I just want it to start up everytime and I'm not sure what would be making it not start. Do you know how to fix the starting issue?

ECU reset - remove 7.5A hood Back Up fuse for 3 or more minutes.

You can pull codes at home by jumping the service connector - click the codes link in my signature.

The CKP sensor is probably linked to your no-start issue.

To reset your ECU, either completely disconnect the battery, or remove the ECU fuse. Try to start your car (it obviously won't), then reconnect the battery or reinsert the ECU fuse. Pull your codes again and see what comes up.

I'm going to take it to a buddys house and see if we can come up with a solution he has a code reader he said he will reset it and try and see what the problem might be. I'll let you guys know the outcome of it thanks for all the help though.
Plus where is that sensor at and how would I know if it is bad or how to check it or whatever.

There's no sense in testing any sensors until you know which of the codes repeats after an ECU reset.

It seems to me when it's in the 30's and warmer out it starts up everytime and when it gets colder it wont start right back up. You may get lucky if it does. It has started up every single time today and then I waited a few hours went to my grandpas and then I went out to start the car and it wouldn't start. I got lucky after like 5 minutes it started and I got home. Any help or ideas? People told me my dizzy has weak spark but the car still starts up and runs just fine it's just when its cold it wont start for some reason. any one know why?
