Default Car wont start, throwing 2 codes

95 GSR

I've been throwing code 1 (oxygen content/o2 sensor) and 8 (TDC position sensor) for some time now. Its always started fine. About a month ago my car wouldnt start about once every 10 tries. I'd manually turn the crank to TDC, then it would start up fine. Then it got as bad as not starting once in 3 tries. Now it wont start at all. I borrowed a buddy's obd1 TD-68U dizzy thinking mine (TD-44U) might be bad, but still throws code 8. Reset the ecu with the new dizzy, still throws code 8. What else could it be? And like I said, it used to start up at TDC. And yes, timing is fine.

Update: Just redid the wiring from harness-side dizzy clips, to harness (my dizzy was stolen and the jerk-offs cut the clips with it) and then reset the ecu. No CEL light, constantly on (not flashing) when jumped. Turned the key and left it down for a while, after about 5 seconds car started. I let it idle and warm up, then turned it off. When I tried to turn it on again, it took about 6-7 seconds of the key being down. Why is it hesitating like this? Alt and starter both checked out fine. Anything else I should check for?

Fuel pump bleed off and/or pressure. It sounds like the pump may not be working fully. If it runs ok, it sounds like you got the dizzy issue fixed.

Fuel pump primes (clicks on and then clicks off) The car idles fine, and sounds normal, its just taking a while to start.
