-only happens when engine is up to operating temps
-5spd
-coolant is bled
-no vacuum leaks
-no codes
-p2e ecu
-might be irrelevant but, 1 o2 is in the manifold and the other is on the front of the mid pipe behind the cat(not stock position).

tried unplugging the iacv for comparison to the two surges and when the iacv was out the throttle burping was on a quicker interval, so I'm guessing its working ok. I'm gonna test the voltages to the iacv today. Any other input would be appreciated.

Is it possible it's injector related?

 

I would lean towards ignitor or coil heat issues.

 

replaced the iacv and she was good as new.
