i was just wondering how hard would it be to replace valve stem seals i did some research doesn't look to hard just wondering who ever did this before and can give me a tip or something like i will appreciate it oh and about how to compress the valve with rope method i didnt really get that part and how to tell if the valve wont fall into the cylender. if anyone knows can help me out thnx!

thnx i did google it but was still confused about it you can do this with out removing you head i have a D16y8 sohc
