Techsmart TPS?
So I have to go out and get a TPS for my Del Sol s D15B7 because apparently I never noticed it was missing it -____-
I went to autozone and they said that they had one from a brand TechSmart. I have to drop by a junkyard anyway to look for a plug for a ECT sensor that was torn off before I bought the car. So I was wondering, does anyone have any experience with this particular brand or should I try and find one at the junkyard while I'm there? Do they go bad easily enough to warrant buying a new one?

Just get one at the junkyard bro.
Once you install make sure to calibrate new unit.
Install new sensor
Hand tighten screws
Turn ignition on
Backprobe middle wire
Turn voltmeter to volts
At closed throttle it should read 0.5 volts
And at wide open thrittle it should read 4.5 volts

heres a good write up on how to calibrate it

Just a note but they're held on by a special rivet screw. You'll need to find a way to get the old one off at the junkyard. See the link for what I'm talking about.
Techsmart tps should be fine to use. I used one when doing a mini me swap a few years ago, never gave me problems. Too bad Honda will only sell a tps with the throttle body, and for $200+, I think its a total rip. OP its your call to get a unit from the junkyard or a new one from an auto parts store. Me personally would get get a new one. Depending on what year your looking you could be getting a tps thats 15-20 years old. For peace of mind I'd get a new replacement and adjust accordingly. Adjustmengt is done by back probing the tps connector at pins 2+3 . At the closed position you should read .05v and WOT 4.5v.
Personally I run a Omnipower one, not complains at all and have it for 3 years now and you find it for $35-40.
And the chandlermotors unit from eBay, I install a few in customer cars without issues and run for $10.

Thanks a lot guys! Honestly I had no idea that it had to be calibrated or anything so I am glad I asked. The write up was great!
Seriously though, what was my car doing without a TPS? Do you guys know what it does to the car not having one? I think I am just going to end up buying the one from autozone so I don't have to go through the trouble of removing one from a junkyard. I am glad I read this tonight because I was just gonna install it ***** nilly tomorrow. I really need to get a voltmeter though...

Geeze I am glad I noticed this. After reading and re-reading the write up and what a well calibrated TPS does everything makes sense now! I am extremely excited to get to work on this tomorrow. Hopefully I can get my hands on a multimeter for now while I get the one I ordered on amazon.
