Default b7 block and z6 head mini me - IAT CEL code

i have a 94 dx b7 block and z6 head all together i put my p28 ecu in and i get engine code for the iat sensor which worjed great before just wondering if using the old b7 ecu will harm anything just to test and see if its the ecu problem ive gone thru with a multimeter and everythi g checks out but the code doesnt go away

What color are the wires going to the plug on your IAT?

yep thats the same manual i was going by but the only other ecu i have is the stock dx one which isnt a p28

you can try it and see if the code goes away, if it does you know the culprit. I'd just double check to make sure the IAT, IACV and EVAP plugs have the correct colors. Mixing them up its possible to fry the ECU. Here's a link to check out the colors:

well everything's hooked up right light it should be
