Default help please

OK I got a 2000 civic with a b16a2 the dizzy only has on plug from what I've been searching its an obd2b but my ecu is p72 obd2a and I want to run a stock ecu for that motor or do I have to do the conversion harness to obd1. Please don't be harsh I've been searching only to get more confused thanx

lol what.....why do you have a GSR ECU in there ? get a p2t or if you'd like a chipped ecu ANY will do just use a obd1 jumper.

I bought it like that and was wondering y VTEC was hitting so low opened it up and there p72 Gsr ecu hey thanks for the reply OK p2t with obd2a to obd1 JH is that correct.

99-00 was obd2b so that's what you'll be after. an obd2b p2t or an obd2b to obd1 jumper harness and then you can run ANY chipped obd1 ECU

But why does it connect to a p72 ? Or can my harness plug into both obd2a and obd2b

if your car is a 99-00 Si all original it will be obd2b 96-98 was obd2a. the harness can plug into either here look----->http://www.hondata.com/techecuid.html

Thanks man now I got it didn't know it plugs into both ecu types that's where I was lost. But not to sure if my car is an si
