The PCT ECU is OBD2, not OBD1, so they are different. There are a bunch of places that sell conversion harnesses, try searching in the Sponsor section. But you'll also need to figure out what kind of conversion harness you need. '92-'95 is OBD1, '96-'98 is OBD2A, and '99-'00 is OBD2B. When conversion harnesses are listed, they are listed as the OBD that the car is 1st, and then what OBD the ECU you're trying to use is. So if your car is a '92-'95 Civic, and you're trying to use a '98 ECU; you'll want to get an OBD1 to OBD2A conversion harness. Here's how to figure out what OBD2 the PCT ECU is from. Pay attention to whether the ECU uses the "B" plug or the "D" plug: http://technet.ff-squad.com/wiring.obd2a.htm http://technet.ff-squad.com/wiring.obd2b.htm
