Default General wiring harness help please!

Hello everyone, I apologize if this is out of place or anything, I don't use these forums too often. However, my daughter is going off to college soon and has a 98 civic ex (D16Y8). A new engine was recently swapped in - same type from a 1999. When I got the car, the engine wire harness was already pulled through the firewall but the plugs aren't hooked up in the engine bay. This leads to my question - can anyone point me in the right direction of anywhere that I can find out what goes where? Wire diagrams to follow? A labeled diagram of what plug is for what? Any tips/advice and anything would be helpful. And yes, I have the ecu from the new engine. Thanks guys!

Match wire colors in connectors to sensors.

Yes. Use the 98 ecu as it's the same motor. The 99 ecu won't plug up without a jumper harness

One thing I would make sure, is the 99 engine from a 5 speed or auto? If its auto you'll need to swap intake manifolds over for the 2 wire IACV. Also if I'm not mistaken the 99 exhaust manifold puts the primary 02 in a different location (in front of the cat) so you may need to extend the wiring or swap over exhaust manifolds if you can't make it reach.
