Brakes Locking Up After Swap.
So, the car drives fine for several minutes and then its clear the brakes are being applied even though im not pushing the brakes. 90 hatch, with rear disc conversion, 40/40 valve, GSR booster and MC.
Problem happend a few days ago and i saw the Right Front Caliper Smoking. Replaced the caliper and seemed to be okay. Drove today, same issue but BOTH fronts were smoking.
Booster and MC are new. ive put less than 20miles on setup.
anyone got suggestions/ similar conditions??

and you need to shim the booster and MC properly.

By shimming you mean adjusting the push-rod lock nuts??
any trick beside grinding down 2 wrenches, like shown in your link?
Seems like a very tight space. I read that link, maybe you can search and find another method. That or remove the brake booster and adjust it, if that's even possible.
Fixed.
Borrowed the "special service tool" from work.
removed boster and atempted to adjust it. Way out of spec.
Unable to correctly adjust without causing clearance issue during re-install. (aka too lazy to remove intake mani).
Put stock EF one on without tampering with adjustment. no issues thus far.
