Default OB2 not reading, check engine light

Hey i got a problem with my obd2. I tried taking it to autozone but it wouldn't connect and kept saying error. Checked my fuse for my DLC in the fuse box under the steering wheel but it was good. Is it possible my OBd2 is broken or something? any help would be appreciated. Car runs fine also, I haven't noticed anything wrong with it.

Not too sure. Could only find out that it's a p72 a02 integra gsr obd2a. Full number is 37820-p72-a02-970-101729 G1 if that helps at all.

no there is a way to jump the ecu and get your codes . your check engine will flash. google obd1 civic code diagnosis... obd2 cars still have the jumper located by the ecu.

Not sure what u meant by jumping my ecu. Also looked up p30 ecu's and it seems there all obd1, will it cause any issues going from obd2 to obd1?

You need an OBD2A P30 ECU, they are rare but are stock for your car.

https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-civic-del-sol-1992-2000-1/how-pull-cel-d4-srs-abs-codes-code-lists-1901557/ this tells you how to jump the service connector and see your code.

You have a hatch and it does not have the sensor your GSR ecu is looking for. You need the OBD2A P30 ECU if you want to pass emissions. Or you can fool the ECU and it will go away but the OBD monitor will not turn on, depending on the stat this is a fail on emissions.

http://technet.ff-squad.com/code91.htm

EDIT:

nevermind, that is code 91 not 92. I suspect you may get this since you have a GSR ECU on a b16a. Get the P30 obd2a
