Alright guys,
I've read the FAQs, but i didnt found my problem on the list.Here it is:
When i pull the window button (el.buton) to close up to the top,when its almost closed it starts hitting the end of the window,like its not closed and its bumping on the top and may brake.My question is how can i fix this,is it the motor or some fuse hint.Really its annoying and it never could close till the end,a little gap remains and that allows entering the cold,so when i go to my car ,its all in sweat,i have to wait 10 mins to prevent this...

replace window regulator. replace window rubber window track, grease well to ensure the glass can freely go up and down with little resistance.

96-00 civics are known for the windows falling off track and not closing properly/struggling to close or open.
