lights in the climate control,its a 95 civic,does the face pop off or do you have to take the whole thing out from behind,thinking of switching the lights to red to match the autometer gauges i have.

Once you take out the radio, you will see three screws that hold you climate control panel in. Remove these, and there will be three bulbs, that you can replace.

Pull out your radio. Also pull out the piece around your gauge cluster/clock/center vents.

There are three screws holding the climate control in... one at the back, and two in the front up in the corners (you'll have to go by feel unless you have your interior ripped apart, the screws you want are the ones that are angled... there are others in there too).

Reach in from the top and pull the green plug out from the back. Disconnect your air mixture cable (be careful), then pull that focker out. There's only two bulbs... get some Krylon "Stained Glass" paint, and paint the bulb glass.

Take your time, and DO NOT just yank on the air mixture cable... it will break the plastic clips and you'll have to put it back together with zip ties like I did with mine.
