Default Torque Specs for header?

I just got this no name El Cheapo header that took me days to figure out. It came from a 91 Civic Sedan, and finally got it in my CRX after taking the valve cover off, radiator out, battery out, 2 motor mounts and finally the front crossmember. This was in about a 2 week period, and I got really pissed off. This was all before trying to get my old header out, which was made a 1 piece header due to the fact that it had rusted together. So today I finally got it on(without an O2 sensor, so it runs terrible), but i now find out that the doughnut gasket that is on the new header is too big and wont fit onto my test pipe or my Cat. Should I take it to a shop and get them to make it fit by cutting and welding? will it fit good enough if i just bolt it on? Also, what are the torque specs for the head bolts? thanks

don't remember torque specs. start from the middle and work your way out, and tighten with a ratchet. you will be able to feel when it is tight. retorque every now and then, it is a good idea to do that anyway.
