Default CRV OBD1 A/C Fan problems

Hey guys , i need some help . Installed gsr head on my rd1 , converted it to obd1 - tuned it . And everything seems ok , but it is not. When i press the Ac button , the compressor kick's in but the fans do not. So i though something must be wrong with the fans , troubleshooted everything and it is ok , so then i just put my old ECU in and VOALA , fans work ? So what is the deal with the obd2 fans ok obd1 not ok ? Everything is wired correctly , double-tripple checked ... Any help would be greatly appreciated .

It is not a jumper harness , i cut-soldered everything ... using a jumper just to revert back to obd2a. Think i found were the problem(the way obd2 a/c system is wired) is though , will write back after i test.

Yep problem solved , it is like this - obd2 puts out signal to FANC after the ACS switch is pushed , obd1 does not , so u have to wire a12 FANC to A15 ACC and put a DIODE between them - the diode is important cause if u make it without it , when the ect switch turns the fans on , the a/c compressor with engage too Hope i helped some of ya
