Default LS swapped EG. 6 MPGS. HELP.

I have a 1992 Eg hatch. It has the engine in it from a 1994 Acura Integra.

I just put it on the road a few weeks ago, and have been getting around 6+/- mpgs.

We were getting about 50 psi on a fuel regulator, so we changed that. It has gotten better, but its still awful.

It has a fresh tune-up. (plugs, wires, distributor cap).

The car currently has 2 MAP sensors. One on the firewall, and one on the intake. They are both plugged in. What do I do with the one on the fire wall?

It isnt throwing any codes.

Exhaust is straight through. No cats to get clogged.

Im thinking vacuum lines, but cant find a diagram anywhere showing me how they are supposed to be routed.

Any other suggestions? I am not even making 100kms a tank.

You may have an injector stuck open. Have you pulled your plugs and looked at em? Does it run rough?

Unplug the MAP on the firewall, take that plug and plug it into the MAP on the throttlebody. Leave the other plug hanging. You're running with no MAP right now, the one plugged in isn't seeing vacuum and the other one, while technically being plugged in, the wires stop at the shock tower plugs and don't go anywhere.

Gave that a try. It was idling much higher then normal. But its hard to tell exactly how high because the car didnt have a tach, and my exhaust is loud as ****. It sounded like it was backfiring/miss firing or something like that right in the exhaust. Just like a popping right in the middle of the car. Again, could be the exhaust though.

Nope, it appears to currently be a vacuum line related issue with the firewall mounted map sensor. Where can I find diagrams?

Yes, when I unhooked the MAP sensor on the fire wall, while not only messing up the idle, it threw a CEL.
