Default Synchro Hub Direction

Can someone confirm that this is the correct way the synchro hub should face up, I notice there is a rectangle shape stamped on one side which is currently facing up

Which gearbox and which gear pair?

You should really just look at a service manual. The exploded part diagrams are really easy to read. Honda has the best service manuals I've seen to date compared to other marques like VW/Audi and Nissan.

You have it set up correctly with the ID mark up on the Y1 3-4 hub.
