So play around with cranking fuel trim.

I googled "Precision 1000cc battery offset".
https://honda-tech.com/forums/forced-induction-16/crome-battery-offset-voltage-1827831/

Enter those values and adjust cranking fuel until it starts.

that's not your problem anyway, did you calibrate the map sensor? I'd suggest BUYING a professionally designed basemap if you don't know what you're doing, so you have something to start with.
nobody's going to give you a free one.

ya I tried buying a pro tuned basemap online but it seems that they don't sell to outside the US co's they cant confirm the visa or something.

ya I calibrated the map sensor, it wasn't that complicated. I've had it running on my old engine for a while before I got this new setup. there is only one person here in my country that does dyno tuning for Honda and he's pretty hard to come by and very big headed.

I'm replacing my cold idle control tomorrow co's it seems to not be working correctly and its throwing everything I try off. my rpm is cycling thro 100 to 900 to the point of it stalling

All good tuners are big headed, it's because we're awesome and we turn turds into gold.
You can purchase a basemap from Xenocron with paypal.
If your FITV was faulty you would be idle surging a lot higher than 900 and it wouldn't be trying to die, I doubt that's your problem either.
Are you using a wideband? do you know what your fuel ratios are?

as long as he turns my turd in to gold he can have as big a head as he wants lol. ya Xenocron was the first I tried. there checkout page is messed up, I email them and they just tolled me to try again, which I have done loads of times.
I've gone back to stock injectors, fuel rail and regulator with an FMU until the tuner can find the time for me. idle surging seems to have gone so its the injectors that seemed to have been the problem, theres nothing to do about that but tunning
